1. Information We Collect
When you register for a GoSmith account, book a live demo, or use our cloud POS platform, we collect business and contact details including business name, proprietor name, contact mobile number, email address, GSTIN, and store location.
2. Your Store Data Ownership
You own 100% of your business data. All customer invoices, gold loan records, stock balances, and supplier invoices entered into your GoSmith portal remain your exclusive proprietary property. GoSmith does not sell, rent, or monetize your store data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Databases are hosted in certified cloud facilities in India, with automated daily encrypted off-site backups.
4. Compliance with Indian DPDP Act
In adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India, users can request access to their personal data, rectify inaccuracies, or request full export/deletion of their account upon subscription termination.
