Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Before Payment
We provide full live product demonstrations and trial periods before charging any subscription or setup fees, ensuring store owners have verified that GoSmith satisfies their billing requirements.
2. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on Software Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your GoSmith software subscription within the first 14 days of your initial activation, notify our support team at support@gosmith.co.in for a 100% full refund of your first month's software fee.
3. Onboarding & Setup Fees
Setup fees cover individualized on-site staff visits, old data ledger migration, and custom tag template engineering. Once on-site setup or migration labor has been completed by our technical engineers, setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Process
You can cancel recurring billing at any point from your account settings or by messaging your account manager on WhatsApp. Your account remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (bank account / UPI / credit card) within 5 to 7 business days.
