1. Agreement to Terms
By registering, accessing, or subscribing to GoSmith cloud POS software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between yourself or your business entity and GoSmith Technologies Private Limited.
2. Subscription License & Usage
GoSmith grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to use the cloud software for your business operations across authorized counters according to your chosen plan tier.
3. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 15 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. Export of your customer and invoice records is available in Excel format at all times.
4. Service Availability & Support SLA
We target a 99.9% service uptime across cloud billing nodes. Standard customer telephone and WhatsApp support is available Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST, with 24/7 critical outage escalation.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
